PADITIONS
Die Wortschöpfung Padition habe ich von Pad (elektronisches Werkzeug) und Partition abgeleitet. Padition-Graphik sind ebenso Finger Paintings mit dem Ziel abstrakte reine Flächenkonstellationen zu entwickeln. Es ist zugleich Spaß und Freude an der reinen Formschöpfung. Eines meiner ersten Paditions hat mich stark an die Kunst von Hans Arp erinnert. Kein Zufall, denn ich schätze in seit meiner Jugend als Formenerfinder und verehre ihn sehr als Künstler, der eine neue, heute klassische Formenwelt erschuf. Der Titel „Hommage á Arp sollte dies zum Ausdruck bringen und gleichzeitig programmatisch auf mich wirken.
I derived the word creation Padition from Pad (electronic tool) and Partition. Padition graphics are also finger paintings with the aim to develop abstract pure surface constellations. It is at the same time fun and joy in the pure creation of form. One of my first paditions reminded me strongly of the art of Hans Arp. No coincidence, because I appreciate him since my youth as a form inventor and admire him very much as an artist who created a new, today classical world of forms. The title “Hommage á Arp” should express this and at the same time have a programmatic effect on me.
